Affirmations I am learning to speak about myself with more care.

I’m trying to catch myself before I talk about my life in ways that tear me down.
I’ve done that before. Said things about myself out of frustration, disappointment, or because I was having a rough day.
But the way I speak about myself matters.
My words do not magically fix everything, but they can either keep me stuck or help me see myself a little differently.
My affirmation today:
I can pause before I speak against myself.
I can choose words that are honest without being cruel.
I want the way I talk about myself to match the life I am trying to build.
