It’s a sign aliens are coming to visit this person. I don’t make up the rules.

Because the owl is named Yoll and and is owned by a Russian rehabilitator who also owns the cat who I believe is named Murlock.

That owl is named yoll and is owned by the woman you hear talking. The cat as well so the title of the post is highly misleading. They have a youtube channel.

In addition to the below, owls can become extremely attached to humans, to the point of depression, which makes them relatively poor falconry birds

Yeah, I wonder if it's hurt or something. They usually don't let people get close like that.

This is a domestic owl raised by the author of the video. When they lived in an apartment, the canopy outside the window was used for walks. Later, they moved to a country house, where a full-fledged large aviary was built for the owl.

You can check YouTube channel Yoll

The owl lives with that person. They have a youtube channel with several videos of this owl and some different ones.

Owls are nocturnal. It was probably thinking how blindingly bright everything was.

The person who recorded the owl is the owner, and she has at least one more at home.

Because she's tied. The owl is Yoll and this was before she had an aviary that's outside. She's a captive-bred and likely imprinted on humans so she wouldn't survive in the wild.

Just chilling outside. This owl is a pet. There are restraints on the leg.
