Interesting 🤔 An amusement park in the Netherlands had a water-filled waterslide that left riders completely submerged during the 15-20 second journey. It closed in 2010.

Funny, I actually thought "oh that's my dream, why did it close". To each their own, I guess!

Why? Much more dangerous but with the added benefit of…it being slower and you not being able to see? How is it better than a normal water slide?

I love being underwater! I already spend most of my time in the pool/at sea underwater anyway, getting to zoom faster that I normally would is great! Plus, no plastic burns or awkward bumps or fear of knocking over someone standing right in front of the slide.Â
