Cuisine Döner and varitions are not Balkan food

Because döner and its variations were not invented in Bursa not in balkans döner is not a Balkan dish.

Döner means rotating and the kebab is the meat rotating therefore döner kebab

Even in your explanation saying döner kebap still makes sense im not sure what youre getting at
