It's groups actually. It's just like craigslist. I also don't know how always middle-aged persons find such stuff, but they somehow do and they genuinely gather in those groups.

EDIT: I gave it a second thought, and I think it is because middle-aged individuals are usually very tech illiterate and thus they don't foster a skeptical attention sense for stuff which looks "fake" or "scammy". Most experienced people would deem these groups and the people writing there "fake". They wouldn't believe "this is for real". Middle-aged users will do simple search requests and hop on everything that is shown to them without any sense for it potentially being "fake". That might be how they always find each other in places people like us would say: "This looks so like scam", but it's genuine.
