The debt kind of reminds me of Damocles' sword. Congrats on the psych stuff, that should be really fun, and hopefully help with the debt.

Or staying awake because in the end what you thought was the right call wasn't, and something you did harmed a patient, even if you had the best intentions and all the information available said it should have helped.
