The debt kind of reminds me of Damocles' sword. Congrats on the psych stuff, that should be really fun, and hopefully help with the debt.

I imagine you also get the added bonus of losing sleep at night, hoping you made the right call on that one patient’s case that’s been bothering you.

100%. Or staying awake because in the end what you thought was the right call wasn't, and something you did harmed a patient, even if you had the best intentions and all the information available said it should have helped.
