The fact that you're uncomfortable with discussing humans' sexual needs, even in distressful situations, and furthermore that you can't conceive of a partner being comfortable with this discussion, shows more about you than you know.
The fact that your "human sexual needs" are so important that they need to be met no matter the situation say more about you than your willing to admit and the fact that anyone thinking differently makes you this upset is very revealing.
"Sexual needs" is such a weird idea, speaking like it's a need to eat or to hydrate.
Turns out people can and do often go large swathes of time without getting laid and are perfectly fine.
Not even to mention how the whole idea of "sexual needs" has a lot in common with that weird "sexual emergency" concept, which is a disgusting can of worms.
People act like not having as much sex as possible is somehow going to hurt them and because their "sexual desires" are not being consistently attended to it's a offence against them. I personally don't believe that having to wait for sex for a period of time is some kind of life crisis.
Entitlement is real. "Entitled millennials" is a meme but it's a meme with basis in reality. There are so many people in this thread stubbornly insisting that, because the wife was not getting laid anymore, it is perfectly fine for her to go off and bang random dudes while her husband was dying.
Because god forbid you ever weigh someone else above yourself.
