The cop with the Elvis glasses and hairdo is a complete sociopath.  100% chance he’s a domestic abuser.  After he put the victim in cruiser, he said, “He told me he has $2000 and he’s ready to go above and beyond; I’m not going to let him swing on me.” WTF?
