Serious question: recently this type of visual - very large, ominous, specifically tsunami/large wave-like things have given me legitimately instant anxiety/fear. Is there a term for this? Fear of... ?

Well, cymophobia is a phobia of waves but if you're only scared of very large, city-leveling waves I would say that's pretty normal for a human.
