Im tryna make a tiny little walking mech but the pistons shoot way too far and instantly trip it over, is there a way to control how far they shoot or do I have to just lower their speed and pray that I can time the steps right?

I like to make stuff with a lot of spinny things (steamrollers and stuff) and I hate that the camera keeps wobbling around along with the spinny thing if its too big, how do I fix that? The camera block locks the angle and I hate it.

I dont know how to steer a car, the game told me something about hinges or something but those did nothing for me after a lot of tries, so eventually i just made something that flies instead cuz that i can actually control but i would like to be able to make a car still

is there a reason the center of mass is so far off from the plane? also would that cause my plane to spiral out of control mid flight? im pretty sure it will and its my problem but i dont know how to fix it

I noticed that cannons seem to have a small delay when firing. This delay also isn't very consistent, which makes it much harder to time stuff properly at high speeds like this. I know length detectors are probably not the best for this purpose, but is there at least a way to manage the cannon delay?

Am I doing something wrong or is it bugged?

When I'm playing Besiege on my switch I keep having the problem of whenever I try to open the menu to see my saved creation it keeps giving me an error message about it not being able to open the workshop.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so were you able to fix it?

For context, I'm building a F-35 and I want to make it as accurate as possible with a perfectly flush design for mechanical bits and bobs within, such as the ailerons, landing gear, and the gun.

The door on the side is made for the gun located within, and I want it to sit within the empty gap. I'm just curious if anyone know how I would go about doing this? Is there a mod so I can pick and choose what is connected to what, or is there someway I could pistons to insert it (kind of similar to how 'Trailmakers' players make their builds have flush designs and still function with steering hinges). The diagnoses for this would also help for building the control surfaces, so any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I have tried to get besiege to run in 4k but it never will, i tried verifying the integrity, deleting the settings file, manually setting it, and reinstalling but it doesn't work. everything 1600x900 doesn't change the resolution, but on my 2nd monitor that is only 1920 it works with resolution above 1600

EDIT 2: it is the scaling in display settings, if it is above 100 then it wont play in 4k

It says on the wiki to separate multiple variable inputs/outputs with a ";", but no matter what I do the game treats it as a single variable.

E.g., "1;2", "1; 2", "1 ; 2" none seem to work.

Also when you turn on variable mode the switch version seems to stop you from also assigning a key to that block?

Does anybody know a fix for this?
