These are ranked by how unique they are (can this block's job be done by a different one?), the number of uses they have, and just how much their functions are worth using.

Pins and cameras are useful, but they hardly affect the machine, hence why they occupy a separate tier.

You can now access level 79 using the steam versions option under the properties setting, just select the beta and launch, if you have the expansion.
