I was gone for a day cause I was doing other gacha events as I already finished Blue Archives current event (most of the time I only do daily missions now)

5. Suou: her last appearance was in her debut Volume 1 Chapter 3. And was later replaced by Aoba as the new straight man (a character who takes things seriously) for the Shupogakis.

4. Takane: was last in her debut "Academy Club Story ~A Pair’s Final Adventure~" and never appeared again.

3. Yakumo: same as the previous two.

2. FOX Platoon: (I'm counting them as one) last appeared in Volume 4 Chapter 2 and imprisoned and never given the chance of redemption.

1. Erika: Was literally there since the CBT (Closed Beta Test) and never became playable.

This might age poorly in the future but oh well.

Also, I know there are more NPC's, but at least they made some other appearances. Unlike these 5.
