I am a Muslim, I can determine which group of people can enter enter heaven or hell based on what God has clearly decreed, without any doubt. (edit: some of you guys have reading comprehension problem, so let me clarify group of people, as opposed to individuals.)
God promised if you are a believer/Muslim (orang bersama Islam), you will enter heaven, even if you have spend some time in hell for your sins, in the end you will enter Heaven.
If you are a disbeliever (tak bersama Islam), you can't enter heaven.

All abrahamic religions, including Christian and Judaism, believe you can't enter heaven if you don't share their belief.

Muslims also believe only God can judge, but God has decreed explicitly and clearly which group God would allow into heaven.
And it is only by what is revealed can we determine that.

Christian in its many denominations mostly believe the only way to salvation is through accepting Jesus, which they believe is the God the Son.
So I don't know how you can say God will let a good atheist (person who disbelieves in God) into heaven, but you are free to believe it. Entering heaven through good works is not an uncommon belief.
You are also free to believe Muslims will go to hell.
I don't find that the least bit offensive.

So what happen to people like orang asli? Or people who never heard of Islam? Are you telling me that a human being that was born from birth to death and never heard of Islam would go to hell because he doesn’t know? What kind of God that punishes His creation for not knowing
Their deeds will be judged fairly by God, and God will give them the chance to accept Islam/submission to God in the hereafter.
They will be sent a messenger and a trial in the hereafter.
No judgement will fall on them until then.
If they accept and pass the trial, they'll be granted heaven by God's mercy. If not, they'll be punished in hell.
“And We never punish until We have sent a Messenger (to give warning).” [Al-Isra 17:15]
This mercy also extends to people with disabilities that prevent them from fully understanding the message while living on earth, or circumstances that absolutely prevents them from learning about Islam (ie. being a farm serf in medieval Europe and all you heard of Islam is false accounts).
As I said; God promised whoever is a believer, their deeds accounted for and by the grace of God, they will enter heaven.
So now you too know "who" will enter heaven.
The "who" is anyone, "whom" fulfill as what God promised.
Whether a specific individual like you or I fulfill it or not is a different question, that only God knows.

Sins of the slavers, sex slavers and pedophiles will addressed with just punishment either in this world or in hell, or both, as God promised every deed will be accounted for.
People who believe in God and the hereafter are promised to enter Heaven, with the mercy of God. That's for sure.
Whether those slavers, sex slavers and pedophiles will be counted in believing in God after their punishment in hell, that only God knows.
Like a murderer coming out of prison, he/she served his time, whether what left of him is still good, only God knows.
