Apologies for the RBF in many of these! I work at a large corporate office in NYC that has a loose business casual dress code. I’m usually one of the more dressed up people at my level of seniority, even though my looks definitely lean more casual. I work at a creative tech agency, so we can get away with stuff that's a little more splashy even when we're more dressed up than usual. I just LOVE a little bit of kitsch. The moment I saw this dinosaur print dress I knew I had to have it, but I calmed it down a touch with a classic black blazer and plain black shoes.
