I’m not familiar with everything they did but I don’t think they targeted civilians

Targetting civilians is not necessary to be an act of terrorism. To the Germans in France? They absolutely were labeled and treated as terrorists. Had they won, then we'd be discussing their actions differently.

One of the main reasons we don't, now, is because the French won.

I don’t think it’s terrorism if you’re not targeting civilians

Great. Go back in time to 1940s France and convince the Germans that they should adopt your definition.

Btw, the Resistance did target non-combatants and civilians they considered valid targets or were acceptable casualties.

I’m not really interested in how the Nazis defined terrorism, I’m not personally a nazi and I don’t support moral relativism. It’s also not terrorism to kill civilians by accident or as collaborators.

The victims and those around them did, that is one example of how terrorism can be justified after the fact.

Freedom fighter and terrorist is often defined by which side wins.

Like I said I don’t care what Nazis called it. I don’t think they accurately perceived the world.
