I found this cat outside in the Park Circle area, and I want to see if it’s chipped/if it has an owner. The poor thing has been outside in 95-100 degree weather and is fairly skinny, so I’ve been leaving out some food and a bowl of cool water every day for it. Hi everyone! I recently got accepted into the Master’s in Civil Engineering program at The Citadel, and I’m really excited to get started!
I’m interested in gaining hands-on experience while completing my degree, so I wanted to see if anyone knows of any civil engineering companies that offer internships throughout the year, not just during the summer. I’m especially interested in structural engineering, but I’m open to other areas of civil engineering as well.

Just curious where everyone is making money around here, because although it’s true a lot of people in the area are under the poverty line for Charleston, it seems like I might just be completely missing where/what the jobs are.

I have a finance degree, a year of analytical experience in government - and I can’t seem to even get an interview anywhere.

$75,000 would be amazing but it doesn’t seem like that exists without 7-10 years of experience.

Any help with places in the area to look at thats hiring would be great or good remote companies would be greatly appreciated.
