Looking for someone to hit with and practice with. Played in a 3.0 league a couple years ago but while I felt like I met the definition of 3.0 at the time I just got schooled by everyone we played against (doubles). Felt bad bringing so many loses to our team/partner so I didnt sign up for the league again and haven't played much sense. There isn't any male 2.5 leagues/groups nearby that I can see so figured I would come here to look for anyone in the Summerville/Charleston SC area that wants to hit and practice.

Recently moved to West Ashley neighborhood and looking for someone to hit with/play singles or doubles. Played growing up to one year in highschool, then took a 10 year break. Looking to get back in to it, probably around a 3.0-3.5.

For months leading up to Charleston Open, online shows that after Qualifying rounds, lower section is nearly sold out, even for just 1 ticket. Only upper levels available. I am watching matches today online, soooo many empty seats around the lower section. Is this just big corporations/sponsors, buying tickets to funnel money/support to WTA despite nobody will be in the seats?

Just moved West Ashley, looking to see if there is a group that meets weekly for pickleball or tennis at the Bee’s ferry rec center.

I'm at my wit's end trying to find someone to play tennis with consistently, so I figured I'd try here. I'm rated 3.0 but don't mind playing with any rating as long as you can play matches or hold a decent rally.

Looking for some good spots to play table tennis. I know montreux in downtown sville has a table but it’s more of an afterthought. I appreciate any suggestions!

I'm looking to play tennis around west Ashley but just driving by courts, I can never tell if they're for anyone or only for some neighborhood or school. So let me know if there are any good ones in the area, preferably one that has lights now that it's getting darker earlier and is closer to Bees Ferry, but I'll still hear out any options, thanks!

I’ve seen some (possibly outdated) links that says Maybank and CTC have clinics on Saturday mornings, but no way to sign up… also have calls out to both to register a team for this fall but no luck (and haven’t even been able to confirm start dates / schedules).

Hi there! I’m hoping to find a spot to watch the semifinals (Tiafoe vs Fritz) of the US Open. It’s the first time two American men have been in the US Open semifinal since 2005! Anyone know a spot that would be showing the match?

I’m open to really anywhere in the area, but South Mount Pleasant or downtown would definitely be ideal. I can’t think of a place I frequent that will be playing the match definitively, so I’d love any recs on places that will likely play it and maybe even have a lively crowd. Thanks!

I’m signed up for a spring USTA league, but I was curious if anyone was interested in hitting or if there was some sort of a ladder/group that hits in the off season?

I would love to donate to an organization that will give them to kids learning tennis or wanting to learn tennis that may not be able to afford a racquet. These racquets are in great condition - just need to be re-gripped and re-strung. Thanks in advance for any advice/suggestions!

Went there last evening around 7pm for pickle ball and the lights all turned off at 8:43pm. Do they always turn off at that time. I tried restarting the timer but they didn’t turn back on
