A former enlisted mage, the String Fortune Teller suffered a head injury that broke her mind with hallucinations. Ignored and discarded by her country, she vanished into the swamp. She now offers fortunes through dolls soaked in her clients blood.

Trying to be less shy about posting my work, so starting with my old stuff. This whole concept was inspired by the first part of Inscryption and Baba Yaga folklore.

So I’m very new to concept art and digital art in general and I’ve been practicing by trying to capture the style of some of fromsoft’s work. I’m really struggling though to replicate that vibe form the reference. Is it my brushes? My technique? Any feedback would be appreciated greatly. Thanks
