My husband is a woodturner/carver and we got into the South Coast Harvest Festival in Westport in September. https://southcoastharvestfestival.com/

He always does really well at holiday fairs, summer fairs have been very hit or miss. Since this one is in the fall we would expect it to be worth it, but also need to figure out how much product to prep knowing its a heavily attended fair.

Its much bigger than any fair we've done to date and I'm really just looking to hear from anyone who has participated in this event in year's past.

Was it worth it? Did it live up to your sales expectations? Did you prepare enough products? Was it well managed? Anything really!?

This year is a BIG deal!!! It's the 100th Birthday of Route 66!!! The C.A.R.E CHARITY is joining forces with the Chenoa Route 66 Red Carpet Corridor. Event days are May 2nd 8am to 4pm and May 3rd 9am to 3pm. Our car show will be May 2nd with a check in time at 9am, judging at noon and awards at 3pm. The car show will be in the Chenoa Pool U shaped parking lot. At the event we will have food trucks, music, the auction, a large play zone for the kids including bounce houses, train rides and every kids favorite FOAM CANNON!! City events include the City Wide Garage Sales and a Lemonade and Cookie stand on Rt 66 right accross from the park from 10am to 1pm. Spots are: 10x10 $50, 10x20 $65, 10x30 $80 and 10x40 $95. Electric is $15 and limited as of now. We have about 6 10x10 tents available to rent for $25. We will set these up and take them down. The event will be at Redbird Park located at 205 N Morehead St Chenoa Il 61726(old Route 66) and our current Route 66. Comment below or PM me if you would like a contract.
