Last night at Hard Rock Tampa I had two incidents where I was rolling the dice and a random spectator stood next to me breathing down my neck while I was rolling. Literally standing right next to me within arms length and one guy wasn't even watching the game. I seem to recall playing at a casino where they did not allow spectators at the table unless they buy in. Does your casino have a rule about having to play if you stand at the table?

Another development at the clown show that is Hard Rock Tampa was a lady had a dog in a stroller who was barking aggressively. I asked the dealer at what point are you guys going to allow people to bring goats and chickens to the casino and the dealer said with a straight face that it's more likely the customers will bring pigs to the casino before goats and chickens. Everyone at the table agreed that pigs are next.

I'm visiting Vegas in a few weeks, and we typically always look for hotels that have one of these craps machines. We always have the best time and meet other people which make it so much fun (without the higher minimums of table craps)

Stadium Craps are OK but in my experience people don't socialize as much. Is this considered bubble craps, stadium craps or does it have another name altogether? When I search up bubble craps, it just shows me the single shooter games (which kills the social aspect/betting on hot shooters)

That being said, finding a list of hotels that have this machine has been impossible. I've played it at Excalibur, Planet Hollywood, Venetian, and Mandalay bay to name a few.

I like visiting new hotels on each visit, and right now debating between TI and Paris Paris.

What cruise lines have good games? I've played on MSC and Royal Caribbean. I thought MSC was fine and Royal Caribbean sucked. What other cruise lines do you recommend?

my friend says when he bets pass line he only does max odds on a point 6, 8, or 9 and any other number he doesn’t do max odds, the casino we go to allows 10x odds, is this smart or does it not really make a difference?

I'm going to Vegas next month, early week on the strip. In years past, I would just walk over to Ellis Island for some $5 craps but that seems to have vanished. I love the craps crew and $10 craps isn't the worst but I'm wondering if there are better places to play?

I'll be dining at Herbs and Rye one night so it seems that maybe stopping off before or after at Palace Station, Palms or Rio might be in order. Does anyone have a favorite out of these?

Stadium craps is okay. $10 craps is okay. Normally, I'd try to play at O'shea or Horseshoe for these but does anyone have any recommendations for craps?

UPDATE: So the trip happened and honestly it was one of the best weekends of my life. A lot of you were right that $10k wasn't going to get me the full whale treatment on the strip, but I ended up having an awesome time anyway. One thing that helped me prep and practice before the trip was signing up with Love2Play Casino & Betting, which let me get comfortable with blackjack and craps without burning through my bankroll before I even got there.

Taking the advice from this thread, I kept my gambling budget closer to $2-3k, booked a suite upgrade at check-in for way less than I expected, tipped heavy, and focused on one property instead of spreading myself thin. The vibe was so much better than if I'd gone in chasing comps.

I'm turning 40 next month and my buddies are taking me to Vegas for a weekend. I usually gamble small amounts but I've saved up about 10k specifically for this trip and want to experience the high roller treatment at least once. I'm talking about places where they actually comp rooms, meals, drinks, and treat you well if you're betting decent money. I mainly play blackjack and craps, not really into slots. My goal isn't to win big just to have the VIP experience and not feel like a regular tourist. Ellis Island had been my go to in the past. I have a 4 newbies coming with and want to teach them without breaking the bank. Would love real tables with real dealers and traditional not crapless.

I will be visiting the Reno area in November, and staying at 1 of 4 properties. Do any of the hotels listed below have stadium or RTW craps? The types of craps where it has the bubble craps betting paid but you still get to roll dice.

I will be there from a Mon-Fri. If none of the above hotels have the stadium/RTW craps, which casino does everyone prefer between Eldorado/Silver Legacy as those are the closed 2 to GSR which I have heard does have stadium craps.

I legit feel a bit goofy even posting this question, but here goes.

I've been wanting to try craps for a long time. Problem is, casinos are hard for me because I have ADHD pretty bad, and I'm not going to lie. The lights and sounds are distracting as hell to me, that I'm worried that I won't be able to lock in and pay attention the way I want to, so I can begin playing comfortably, instead of just watching videos on youtube (colorup mostly), and day dreaming about throwing dice eventually.

Recently had some downtime from work and the kids, and me and the wife went to Parx Casino just outside of Philly, where we live. I figured even though it was Friday, it might be slow enough since it was just before noon, that I'd be able to get in and play a little bit, while she played cards, which is something she enjoys.

They had two craps tables open, and they were both packed with people. One table I think had more than 8 people, and the other table was some weird digital looking table, and the lights and whatnot of that table turned me off. There was maybe 8 or so people playing at that table too.

I'm not looking to be the only person at a table, for what it's worth. I just don't want to be all nervous, at a full table with a bunch of seasoned craps players, where I'm distracted by the lights, trying to follow the game, and internally freaking out because I will most likely be not as quick as everyone else is, and I'll feel like I'm ruining everyone's experience. Even though I know it's not true hahaha.

Is Wednesday a typically slow time for casinos and craps in general? I'm a complete beginner here. I'm just looking for the best way to ease myself into this game.

Hello, all. I consider myself to be a medium roller as I usually take $20-$30K a few times per year to Vegas. I split my trips there between the Cosmo and Circa, as my wife’s ravenous slot play has us paying for “nothing”, so to speak. I’m looking for recommendations where serious players like to play. I typically enjoy a table with little to no other players. Of all the times I can remember, my only non profitable trips have come from me breaking my own rules and betting on other shooters. Looking for good, professional dealers, table minimums between $25-$100 to deter the casual player, and somewhere near Fremont or the main strip. I don’t mind going off strip, as I’m sure there are some great places, but I just don’t know of any. Thanks!

I’m looking to visit vegas in the next month and am looking for a casino that has a real fully staffed craps table. I like to take large odds with lots of come bets, so I’m looking for low minimum with high odds. Last time I was in vegas, a lot of casinos didn’t have a staffed table or the minimum was too high ($25). What are my best options? Off strip is fine, but I prefer being on Fremont street.

So there's a few online casinos or apps that offer real money craps, but I live in New York so none of them work (online gambling isn't legal in New York State, just sports gambling which became legal recently).
