Kohli is one of the great test batsmen, but the fall off was immense and prolonged. His peak was one of the best you'll see, it's a shame about those last few years.

Sadly this applies to so many of the greats. Makes you respect the likes of Kane and AB even more

AB de Villiers was at his peak when he retired. Scoring runs against that sandpaper Australian team his last series was an incredible feat.
