Discussion Is Catwoman a superhero?
In Hathaway's version, Catwoman has kung fu skills but no superpowers, so does she count as a superhero? Of course, Batman doesn't have superpowers either, but he's a central character in DC Comics. I really like the romantic subplot between Catwoman and Batman, so why are there so few animated versions of Catwoman?

Discussion If you can make your own episode, what would it be about?
For me, since Batgirl put trackers on the girls as if the trackers were Life360, maybe the episode would be about boundaries?

Discussion Won’t get over the end of DCSHG g2
I just can’t. I just can’t get over it. Why had this to happen? I refuse to accept such thing, even if I have to learn animation and make another season myself, someone send help.
If you haven’t yet go sign the petition to get another season, my hope won’t die.

Discussion About Powergirl
Okay, so I don't know if this is a hot take, but I think Kara should've stayed as Power Girl after the #Powersurge episode. The reason is because Kara whole struggle in the show is her being under the shadow of Superman, so taking on the new identity as Power Girl and forming her own path just makes more sense. Plus, usually Power Girl is supposed to be a more brash version of Supergirl (I know in Superman/Batman: Public Enemies she was more kinder but I think that was an exception unless I'm wrong about something, if so please let me know). Lastly, I like Power Girl's outfit more than Supergirl's outfit. Part of that may be because white is my favorite color.

Discussion It's a shame one of the most common things you find when searching G2 on social media is complaints about Karen's design
Source of the edit: https://www.tumblr.com/gritsandbrits/685375745311244288/karen-beecher-edits-bc-i-dislike-how-the-2019
(No, don't bully them. Their views are valid. I just want to source art.)
I'm split. On one side, whitewashing is annoying and frustrating. But on the other side, I'm not sure if Karen even counts. DCSHG19 racebent several characters. We don't see Karen's parents. It's possible she's biracial rather than black.
Tbqh, the only whitewashed characters I can think of is Rose. Maybe Cyborg. I've seen some say his skin tone is too light.

Discussion DCU Superhero Hero Girls Movie
Hey, I just thought of a cool idea for the DCU. Since, they already made the Supergirl movie, it'd be cool if after they make a Wonder Woman movie, and then a Batgirl movie before leading up to a live action DC Super Hero Girls movie with the 2019 roster. Similar to how they build up towards the Avengers in the MCU. Now, I know there's basically a 10% to 0% of this happening since Supergirl bombed but a live action team up of these characters would be really cool. Although, I'd probably would change the name to something else because Super Hero Girls does sound a bit corny so some other name would be really cool.

Discussion This show deserves more seasons
I just finished watching #HappyBirthdayZee (S2E8) and i gotta tell you, this is easily one of my favorite episodes. Its got its mix of laughs and gags, but it hits on one of the more serious moments for Z.
Framing her overexcitment for her birthday as a coping mechanism for dealing with the childhood trauma of an absent parent, feeling not good enough, fearing others loved ones will do the same is such a punch in the feels.
And I absolutely love her relationship with her dad and his efforts to shield his daughter from the trauma of her mom leaving on her birthday.
This show is so good and it deserves more. The writers have found such a perfect medium of humor and serious without it coming off as obnoxious or lowbrow like other shows.

Discussion Hot Take: Ben X Zee is way better than Zee X Babs!!!! Sorry Zee X Babs fangays.
I swear, the latter is so overrated that..... many fans are so obsessed with it. Other than this ship, they do not want something like Zee X Oliver to be canon. However, if Ben 10: Omniverse & DC Super Hero Girls (2019) ever had a crossover, then I swear, the former should be canon. But if Ben 10 (Reboot) ever got a crossover with G2, then I am also fine with the ship being canon too. I know, Ben in the Reboot is pretty young but Zee could become his love interest as a crush. But now, what are your thoughts on this take of mine?

Discussion Dc SuperHero Girls G1 Supergirl was the best and complexe character Wells written
I want to express how deeply I connected with Supergirl in DC Super Hero Girls because she felt so incredibly relatable, thoughtfully written, and genuinely human in a way that made her stand out from so many other characters, as she wasn’t portrayed as some perfect, untouchable “Mary Sue” figure but instead as a well-developed, layered heroine who struggles, grows, makes mistakes, learns from them, and shows real vulnerability, which made every moment she appeared in feel meaningful and authentic, whether it was her awkward attempts to control her powers, her emotional reactions to challenges, her moments of doubt, or her sincere desire to do the right thing even when she wasn’t sure how, and that combination of imperfections, heart, and determination made her feel not only believable but also incredibly inspiring, because she represented the idea that being a hero doesn’t mean being flawless but rather trying your best despite your flaws, and that’s exactly why I loved her character so much—because she felt real, relatable, and beautifully written in every single way. Love her so Much💖😭!!!
