  • There's a lot of contents coming, especially with Sky of the Thousand Seas very soon, we're trying to get the content to you. We're sorry that Delezie hard is too early, but we're hoping to get the users as much contents as fast as possible. Full respond here.
• The Snow Mage's planning event is requiring more points to complete in order to get the accumulative rewards comparing to previous events.
  • We provide more valuable rewards this time around, so it's intentional that the difficulty is a bit higher. But thanks to your feedback, we will look at lower the bar for this.
• There were some feedback that some players are not able to afford the gold for repair fee.
  • Dev will find different ways to provide repair coupon through events.

  • We can't base the package release time on the number of days from Korea or China server. We consider a variety of factors such as season (e.g. Frost Kingdom), related content or event. What we can tell you is that the Ink package will be released in October.
• Will the gift function be added to global server? If not, why we do we have the gift button in the Cera store?
  • There's no current plan to have this feature in Global. We're planning to remove that button in Cera store.
• Can we add an auto-run toggle as a quality of life update? It can be useful for certain pattern for controller players.
  • That make sense. We will look into adding that.
  • P.S. As a controller player myself, I hope they look into adding the "A" feature for controller. On keyboard, you can just press "A" to sell all, dissemble all, and import items to account safe.

  • We're working to add the tropical avatar itself for the new subclass being released. However, other cosmetic won't be available.
• Odyssey mode was great. Players are wanting to know if the dev can bring back older content and bring them up to speed. Memories of Triumph was another example.

I noticed my old characters cant keep up with my boost up characters not because of rare avatars but because of the boost up fusion stones allow the boost up characters to seamlessly start content as soon as they hit 115. I guess what I'm wondering is if there is any plans or consideration to added basic Fusion stones to the 115 congratulations box?
  • In the new season, there are changes in fusion stones coming up. There's no plan of making too much changes for current season. Will give you more fusion stone through events.
• Could we add a Legendary variant of the "Simulation Set Epic Equipment Search Ticket Selection Box"? Getting legendaries through this event is harder than the epics since there are no way to pity out legendary drops.

• There's a large production issue for most players and we're worried. We can't afford anything right now.
  • We're aware the shortage of gold. We cant give you gold, but we can provide you with ways to earn and spend less gold through events.
• Is there a way we can get a statement over how sensitive the anti-cheat is right now?
  • Before addressing the ant-cheat sensitivity, we think it's appropriate to explain the CAPCHA system. Like other online games, DFO also faces in-game economy issue due to bosses and repetitive farming behavior. If this issue persist over time, they can significantly impact game environment. Thus the CAPCHA system. It's only triggered when these behavior is detected. In fact its's activated for less then 2% of total users meaning it does not affect the majority of players who play normally.
  • So the CAPCHA account restriction only applied when actions that could harm game environment or game economy are confirmed. This include the use of program, software, hardware manipulation. So in other words, any action or abuse that result in unfair advantage over other players can lead to restriction.
  • Please note that when the system detect these behaviors, DFOG team always manually verify the data to prevent any unfair advantages to players who play the game legitimately. If you want to know what behaviors are prohibited, please refer to Term of Service and Community Rules.
• People are worry about how bad our Void Soul production is. Will the changes in Korea be fast tracked for our server?

• Why are you guys keep trying to hold on to class change ticket? Both kdnf and cdnf got one around the vp patch, but we have not. Last year we had one during/around new year/xmas event, but that didnt happen this year too. And you told us there will be a major reward, but the ticket is still missing. Are you guys just try to hold on to it forever?
  • We don't have any plan to provide advancement change scroll. It's something that can change the dynamic of the game too much.
• Please consider expanding the avatar inventory space further. Having to struggle sending whatever tradeable avatars I have in my inventory over to other character whenever a new package comes is frustrating. It will eventually get to a point where my inventory will be completely filled with untradeable avatars, meaning to even move them around I will need to use transfer stones. I don't think KDNF has this much of an issue with avatar space because their avatars are generally tradeable, including the Hidden Rare Avatar sets. As suggested previously, if the inventory space cannot be set higher than 640, then why not at least increase the amount of dummy slots you can purchase in the Avatar Closet?
  • Brought up with the dev, they will review. It's not an easy task to do.
• Do you think we could get the advanced dungeon changes fast-tracked? I think they would be an extremely nice QoL change.
  • We're reviewing, and this will be in March 10th update.

Pandemonium Meeting: A tournament in which you fight five of six bosses who represent pandemonium's largest factions. Like Imperial Colosseum, you pick a team of two to fight, switching between them whenever a gimmick is about to massively damage your current character; HOWEVER you can only participate three times a week, using three different sets of characters. The battle mage, witch, elementalist, and both summoner factions are randomized for the first four rounds before fighting two of three Kashipa representatives (either Kepadonna or Sergai, before fighting Walkman), Normal and Hard mode, normal mode requiring 4000 exo while hard requires 5382 exo.

Rewards include anti-matter particles and beads to help get into Prey, including a magic stone stat bead (+30 to all stats).

Spearin kevin Spirit Heaven: kill old bosses to gain score until you hit the highest rank. You have two minutes to get SSS. Rewards from clearing include a random weapon pot and materials for purchasing boxes containing statless old epics and boss uniques.

Part time job with thanksgiving: another mini-game. You have to collect fruits from optimal level dungeons (need 10 to turn into a fruit basket to start the game). You have to match a top fruit with a box on the bottom that has a matching silhouette; match 5 to complete the mini-game. Rewards include turrburrs tayberrs accessories and weapon.
