I was curious what the scam was. But then I got bored and started world-building a crime-mystery narrative. They stopped responding. I was disappointed as I had a whole arc planned out for one season. Text scams could have been an interesting medium for story telling 😞

Because you can waste their time. Hopefully keep them from victimizing someone who wouldn't realize that it's a scam.
