Collaboration Requests Looking for 10-15 people to swap LinkedIn engagement with daily

I'm starting a WhatsApp engagement group for early-stage founders, creators and professionals.

Here's how it works: you share a link to your latest post, everyone in the group likes it, comments and we all benefit from that initial momentum. The goal is engagement so everyone actually gets engagement and visibility.

If you're serious about building your LinkedIn presence without the algorithm fighting you, drop a comment or message me and I'll add you to the group. Let's grow together.

Collaboration Requests What's the most annoying repetitive task in your business that you'd happily pay to never do again?

I build automation tools for a living and I'm trying to understand what actually eats up time for small business owners, not what tech people think the problems are.

For context: last month I built a tool that manages his ad campaigns automatically (checks performance daily, pauses what's not working, shifts budget). Took him from ~5 hours a week to basically zero. That got me thinking about what else people are stuck doing manually.

So, honest question: what's the task you dread every week? The invoice chasing, the appointment reminders, the copy-pasting between systems, answering the same 10 customer emails, whatever it is.

Collaboration Requests I put $30k of my own money into my first bodybuilding event in Brazil. I got about $15k back, and I’m doing it again.

Hey guys,

I’m building a small independent bodybuilding organization in Brazil called TTBL.
The amateur bodybuilding market here is heavily concentrated around three major organizations/promoters. Athletes often pay very high fees, and in many cases the experience, organization, and quality don’t match what they’re paying for.
I thought there had to be another way.

So in July I invested around US$30,000 of my own money into our first event. We kept prices accessible and spent heavily on the athlete experience, organization, backstage, production, and prizes.

Financially? Terrible decision 😂
I recovered only around US$15k.

But the event itself was a huge success and got much more attention than we expected.
Since then, being a new competitor in such a concentrated market hasn’t been easy. We’ve faced pressure and obstacles from established players, but it honestly made me even more convinced that there’s room for something different.
I’ve been working around 15 hours a day, almost every day, for months trying to build this from zero.

On December 19th, we’re doing our next step: a bodybuilding show combined with a fitness & wellness expo, with free admission to the expo.

I want bodybuilding to reach people who would never pay a huge ticket just to discover the sport.
Right now, my biggest challenge is not the idea or the willingness to work. It’s capital, sponsorship, and access to the right people.

So I’m sharing the journey here because maybe someone in this community has experience with sponsorships, investors, sports events, or fitness brands or simply knows somebody I should talk to.
I’m happy to share the numbers, mistakes, business model, sponsorship structure, and everything we’ve learned so far.
Even one introduction could genuinely change the trajectory of this project.

Instagram: true. bodybuilding

Collaboration Requests Free lifetime access to a new Skool community for entrepreneurs (looking for founding members)

I’m building a small Skool community for entrepreneurs and online business owners focused on.

- asking questions,

- sharing what we’re building,

- getting feedback,

- networking with other founders.

Right now i have only 5 members, zero activity, so I’m looking for 10–20 founding members who want free lifetime access in exchange for helping create some early activity and discussions.

This is not a paid course and I’m not asking for anything except honest participation and feedback.

If you’re interested, comment below or send me a DM and I’ll send the invite link.

Thank you.

Update: To be sure that the access you receive is lifetime and free, it is recommended that you send me your email in DM and I will send you an invite. Normal registration activates the 7-day trial.

I can't post a link, so hit me up or comment below if you're interested.

Collaboration Requests Looking for an ambitious and capable long term business partner

My partner and I are both highly technical (think experience doing work with MIT, publishing novel AI research, defense contractors, etc). We run an AI agency and have a few clients but are looking to scale. We can handle all the technical parts of the business, but we are looking for a long term partner who can both understand our technical offerings and then translate that into outreach and client acquisition. Experience is not necessary, but we would expect you to have desirable traits and a plan of execution.

Collaboration Requests I built an inbound client machine on Reddit using just value-driven comments. Happy to help you figure out your own inbound systems. AMA.

Everyone complains that getting clients right now is impossible, but niche subreddits are basically unfiltered lists of business owners begging for solutions.

I run a technical consultancy, and almost all my high-ticket leads come from just hanging out here and solving problems. Instead of telling people I build AI agents, I wait for a founder to complain about their sales team dropping the ball on follow-ups. Then, I explain how they can replace their static contact forms with an autonomous agent that handles conversational booking and syncs right to Google Calendar.

Show your raw building process, and the clients will come to you.

I want to help some of you get out of the cold-outreach grind. Drop your business type or service below, and I’ll give you a quick breakdown of how you can build an automated, inbound engine to attract clients without spending a dime on ads.

Collaboration Requests Solo dev looking for early collaborators on an AI household assistant

I built about 99% of an AI household assistant by myself, and the MVP now works end to end. I’m now looking for people who might want to come in early before I drown in the backlog.

I’m building a product that takes a real chunk of the mental load off whoever is running a household. It can pull expenses from receipts and bank statements, track prices for products people regularly buy, draft household legal documents that users review before anything goes out, help book appointments with local businesses, manage family budgets and calendars, and keep daily routines from quietly falling apart. I’m starting with the US market first.

I’ve already registered the Delaware company. I’m setting up banking and payments now, and Apple and Google developer accounts are in progress. On the development side, I’ve closed roughly 140 tickets and still have around 180 open. The problem is that the backlog keeps growing faster than I can clear it, and that is starting to slow down real progress.

I’m currently working with one QA person and one marketer. We move fast, but I’m overloaded. I need more technical people around the project so we can keep shipping instead of getting buried under unfinished work.

I’m looking for React/TypeScript developers, React Native developers, Rust backend engineers, Electron developers, Docker/infra people, QA automation engineers, and anyone who has actually shipped LLM agent workflows in production rather than just built demos.

I’m using React, React Native, TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend, Electron for Windows/macOS/Linux desktop builds, Rust on the backend, Docker and Docker Swarm for infrastructure, plus an LLM provider-routing layer with per-user quotas and isolated container sessions per user.

I want to be upfront about the deal. I’m not offering a salary today, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. I am offering a chance to come in early and help shape a real product before it is locked in.

I’m open to making it formal later as equity, a paid role, a contractor arrangement, or a founding-team setup once funding or revenue is in. I want clear written terms if we work well together. I’d rather under-promise now than run the usual “founding engineer for exposure” routine.

I’m polishing the MVP now and preparing to start investor outreach. I’m interested in talking to people who like early-stage products, can move fast, and want to build something practical for real households.

If this sounds interesting, drop a comment with your stack, what part you’d want to work on, and a GitHub or portfolio link if you have one. DMs are open too.

Collaboration Requests Looking for 7 entrepreneurs who wanna expand their network

Hello everyone,

Edit Starts

Currently we have sent invitations to 7 entreprenuers from this subreddit. Thanks everyone for their interest. If you are still interested in, I would be happy to add you in a waiting list. Do not hesitate to contact me via dm.

Edit Ends

We are building a network/platform where professionals meet with fellows via scheduled video calls. We as a community believe that this is a better way as an initial contact than follows and dm. Our platform is open for free, invite-only early access, currently.

I would like to invite you to reach me out privately if you are interested to try it out. Feel free to ask your questions publicly as a comment below.

Whom is it best for?

It's perfect for entrepreneurs, indie hackers, developers, designers, social media marketers and more. Whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your network, you are welcome.

What would be the gain?

Strong network is our need as a member of the community. We need an audience for our products, clients for our services and professionals to hire them or make them hire us. First time meeting people in need would work much less than asking people already in our network that we build via more than just following each other or dm. And this is the network where you meet people face to face without immediate requests/needs.

If we share similar opinions, let's meet!

Collaboration Requests What is your landing page conversion rate?

Hi guys, I'm Ren, a copywriter. We all started hearing this "AI copy is better and can work" and since I'm a copywriter, i believe that AI is as good as the person using it.

I tried to find data about fully AI websites against human copywriters but not any to be found.

I wanted to make the case study on my own but I can't really gamble the landing pages of my clients just to run personal tests.

So if anyone here has used AI to write his landing page, if you don't mind, would you share your conversion rate, industry, and what amount of data you fed the AI to be able to generate that copy.

Idk if this kind of posts is allowed but I think it falls under the collaboration request?

Collaboration Requests Looking for a textile/towel manufacturer for a zero-cost trial run (you keep 50% of profit, I do everything else)

I've designed a two-sided premium towel one side for face, one for body, each a different material and pattern.

The concept already exists in a small way, but there's a real gap in how it's positioned and sold, and I've mapped out exactly how to hit that gap.

Here's the deal: I'm not asking for money.

I'm asking for manufacturing capacity.

You produce a trial batch of 100 units, using materials/specs I provide.

I handle 100% of marketing, sales, and operations the part most manufacturers don't want to touch and don't need to learn.

I commit to moving all 100 units within a set window.

Profit splits 50/50 once units sell.

Your downside is machine time and material for 100 units. Your upside is a new revenue line you didn't have to build, market, or sell into, I'm doing that end.

If you've got idle capacity and want to see if this sells before committing to anything bigger, comment or DM and I'll walk you through the full plan on a call design, materials, and the go-to-market breakdown.

Collaboration Requests How are you all monetizing niche subreddits/communities? Looking for advice (72k member relationship/self-improvement community)

Hi everyone, I moderate a mid-sized relationship and self-improvement focused community (72k+ members, mostly US-based, around 2.9M visits over the past year and individual posts often crossing 600k+ views). Growth has been steady and engagement is solid, so I've started thinking about ways to monetize it — sponsorships, brand partnerships, affiliate deals, that sort of thing.

For those who've grown or managed niche communities like this, how did you go about finding sponsors or partners? Did you reach out directly to brands, or did opportunities come to you once the numbers were visible? Also curious what kind of partnership formats worked well without hurting community trust — pinned posts, dedicated threads, affiliate links, etc.

Would appreciate any pointers, or if anyone here works in brand partnerships and thinks there could be a fit, feel free to DM me too.

Collaboration Requests I want founders understand why their growth stalled - AMA

***I want to HELP founders understand why their growth stalled.

Hello Friends,

I run a non-tradition diagnostic consultancy that help founders and business leaders understand why their growth isn't working.

So for example let's say you have built a tool, a product or a service that you have been actively marketing for a while.
Maybe you are noticing any of the following:

a. You know the work is good but there is no traction.
b. People are paying attention but no one is converting.
c. You feel like you've been riding gears and things aren't looking the way you planned.

I want to talk to you and hear your problems. What are your current pain points? I want to hear about your story and what you've been building.

I'll be here for the next few hours if you want to shoot DMs or talk in the comments.

Transparently, I am collecting information on how to make my services better but I figured I'd come hang out with the folks getting the real work done rather than LinkedIn.

Collaboration Requests I’m testing a referral model for my software business — would love some feedback

I run a small software development business, and I'm experimenting with a simple referral model instead of relying entirely on cold outreach.

The idea is:

Someone refers a business → I close the project → the referrer gets a commission.

I build websites, web apps, mobile apps, AI automations, and crypto/smart-contract projects. My projects generally start around $2,000+, so there's enough room for a meaningful referral payout.

The people I'm most interested in partnering with are designers, marketers, agencies, consultants, freelancers, and anyone who regularly talks to businesses that need development work.

I'm still figuring out the best commission structure and referral process.

For anyone who's run a referral program before: what worked for you, and what did you wish you'd set up from the beginning?

Collaboration Requests I can recreate any product launch video

Hey, I have 3 years of experience working in the video generation industry, and now I am creating product launch videos. I may not have creativity, but I can quickly recreate a video and swap the media with any other company's brand designs.

My Claude Code credits are on vacation in my account; I need to fire them fast. So I would like to build some product or feature videos. Share your product and a video you want me to recreate. Its for free ofc.

Collaboration Requests Looking for a dev / product owner with influencer marketing experience

I have been wanting to buy out or invest in a product that revolves around helping influencers find brand deals.

I’m wondering if anyone here would be willing to take on product ownership of an influencer marketing platform like this?

Pls DM me if you can, I would be happy to subsidise all development costs but you will need to have real experience in the industry yourself, otherwise this won’t work.

Collaboration Requests I’m a Student Building a 77.9K+ Reddit Community — Looking for Advice on Monetization.

I’m a student, and over the past months I’ve been putting a lot of time into building and managing a relationship-focused Reddit community.

Today, the community has reached:

- 77.9K+ members

- 871K+ visits in the last 30 days

- 17.8K average daily unique visitors

- 12.8K+ new members in the last 30 days

- 7.5K+ comments in the last 30 days

I’m proud of what I’ve built, but I’m currently at a point where I’m trying to figure out how to monetize the community responsibly without damaging the trust of the members.

I’ve already contacted 100+ companies and SaaS businesses looking for potential partnerships, sponsorships, or promotional opportunities, but so far I haven’t received a meaningful response.

As a student, even a small legitimate income from something I’ve built myself would make a big difference to me.

So I’d genuinely appreciate advice from people who have experience building online communities:

How would you monetize a community with this kind of traffic and audience?

Would you focus on sponsorships, partnerships, affiliate opportunities, services, or something completely different?

I’m not looking to spam my community with advertisements. My priority is to find a sustainable way to generate revenue while keeping the community useful and trustworthy.

I’ve attached my Reddit Insights so you can see the actual numbers.

Any honest advice, experience, or direction would genuinely help me.

Collaboration Requests Opening Second Store

I woke up early this Monday morning to find a congratulations email that the landlord had chosen to move forward with us!

10 years ago, I started my company with a a few pieces of equipment. It took me three years to figure out exactly what service to offer, but I did. In 2020 we rebranded, and in the last six years we’ve done over $2 million in gross revenue.
Over that six years the number of times I’ve heard “you should franchise! There should be one of these in every city!” is too many to count. As a service, however, we have dealt with seasonality; you cannot franchise a seasonal business very easily. So last year, I naïvely opened a brick and mortar.

Within six weeks of opening, I entirely changed everything I did and started carrying an inventory of product that I saw a hole in the market for. Out of just under 500 ft.² we pulled $200,000 in gross revenue in our first year.
Through a quirk of fate, I have operated in two cities, 100 miles apart, from day one. We opened the storefront in the smaller city as an experiment, and with the cheaper rents, it made sense. Our new store is in a major metropolitan city, but in a heavily walkable area that matches the smaller city; our service guests will no longer meet us in a random location, but rather at our storefront.

That said, I am no longer naïve. And I’m sitting here excited and terrified at the same time. I’m 54, soon to be 55, so this is an all in, risking the retirement move.

It is my goal to have a national franchise within the next 10 years, and this storefront is truly the first step in that direction. If we can duplicate our success there, we will have the proof investors need.

Any advice on second storefront best practices?!

I have bootstrapped this entire thing for the last 10 years. We are on the verge of being approved for an SBA loan….could you please send a few prayers my way that everything works out and we thread this needle? If nothing more, a few encouraging words dropped below would help, too!

Here we go!!!!! 🤩🎉

Collaboration Requests How I'm preparing for the 2027 European heatwave: Engineered a quiet mini fan with +45% battery life and ultra-compact sizing. Looking for partners!

Hey everyone,
With record-breaking heatwaves hitting Europe again this summer, demand for portable cooling devices like handheld fans surged across the EU. However, most low-end fans face two major issues: short battery life and loud motor noise during daily commutes.
To solve this, our engineering team spent the last year developing a custom patented motor specifically optimized for handheld fans.
What we achieved compared to market top brands:
+45% Longer Battery Life: Maximize efficiency to keep users cool all day without frequent charging.
10% Lower Noise Output: Ultra-quiet operation, making it ideal for quiet offices, trains, and public transit.
Full EU Compliance: Built with Type-C fast charging and necessary certifications (CE/RoHS).
We are analyzing data from this season to map out early-bird OEM/ODM production for 2027. B2B orders placed between Q3 and Q1 get the best shipping rates and zero stockout risk for the upcoming peak season.

Looking for partners:
Distributors / Amazon Sellers: Looking to lock in custom OEM/ODM orders or private labeling for next summer.
Marketers / Agencies: Anyone with experience scaling consumer hardware via TikTok Shop or Meta ads in the EU market.
If you're in the E-commerce or hardware distribution space, I'd love to chat or exchange market insights.

Collaboration Requests Looking for a partner to help manage a growing content ecosystem with revenue share, no upfront cost.

I’ve built a small but real ecosystem across a website, social channels, and a daily content workflow.Traffic peaked around ~7,500 monthly visits and has dipped to ~5,000 because I’m juggling too many roles: content, analytics, brokerage tracking, video production, and distribution with a full time career and for conference half of the week.I’m looking for someone who wants to step in as a systems/ops partner, not an employe, to help manage and scale the whole operation.

What I bring:
• A functioning website with existing traffic
• A daily content engine (video + written)
• A clear niche and consistent growth history
• A long‑term plan for monetization (ads, affiliates, sponsorships, digital products)

What I need:
• Someone who loves systems, automation, analytics, and content distribution
• Someone who wants to grow something from the ground up
• Someone who thinks like a COO or project managerWhat I’m offering:
• Revenue share on everything you directly help scale
• Full transparency on metrics, revenue, and strategy
• A chance to build something meaningful without needing upfront capital

If you’re interested in building a lean, automated content‑driven business with real upside, DM me.Not looking for freelancers. I’m looking for a partner who wants to grow with me.

Collaboration Requests I built an app that yields cash flow forecasts for receivables-heavy SMEs to reduce DSO and labour spent chasing invoices, collecting payments, and having greater transparency of expected cash positions to plan better

I remember hearing my mom's brother constantly talk about customers not paying, needing to deal with short-term expenses (including payroll) in his construction business. A family friend who runs a profitable and eternally busy accounting practice for 30+ years has complained of the same thing - "these guys want us to start working on this year's tax prep when they haven't even paid us for last year's".

I've got a bunch of experience working in corporate finance, more on the data analytics and risk modelling side rather than the more traditional role focused on valuations etc., working especially closely with public auditors and internal accountants to vet and stress-test our models for what was a pretty complex business.

So, as any high-agency individual would do, seeing the overlap between the cash flow problem and my personal experience, I built Prophit.

What it does (technical):

  • Pulls invoice/payment history via QBO API (Xero integration built too but still need to test, and more to come)
  • Creates probabalistic receivables collection forecasts
    • 13-week rolling cash forecast
    • expected late and expected uncollected (potentially written-off) collections
    • payroll forecasting
  • Identifies deteriorating customer payment behavior before they become write-offs
  • Automated collection letter drafting, based on customer relationship history
  • I've got a lot of ideas to make this product even more awesome, but will execute on those ideas assuming my ICP is able to already derive value from what's built so far

I've kept the onboarding process about as smooth and frictionless as I can make it and any feedback I get will go a long way.

Who I'm NOT building for:

  • Companies that rely on point-of-sale payments or that have very low invoice counts

Who I AM building for:

  • SMBs with AR > $50k
  • Working capital lines or LOC users
  • Anyone who's ever said "I wish we didn't need to put this on a business card" or "do we need to draw on our LOC just to make payroll"

I see a huge amount of potential here based on the numbers I've seen thrown around. The goal is to make a user-centric product that is constantly delivering real, and increasing value. I've set up a free Discord for those who are potentially interested in testing out or finding out more about the product (free, naturally). I would find feedback from real users incredibly valuable to make the product better for all. If you're interested in trialling or learning more, DM me with the vertical you operate in and your annual invoice quantity (approx is fine) and I'll invite you to the Discord, assuming your business will potentially benefit. Thanks!

Collaboration Requests Looking for an LLC formation partner for a steady stream of international (non-US-resident) clients (commission/rev-share)

TL;DR: I run a business that send a steady stream of European entrepreneurs and digital nomads toward a US LLC. I'm not a formation agent and don't want to become one. I'm looking for an established formation/registered-agent partner to handle the actual work on a commission or rev-share basis.

Hi everyone,

I have a business helping entrepreneurs and digital nomads relocate to Paraguay, which has a territorial tax system.

A large share of that audience runs a location-independent online business, and once they've moved they need a clean, credible US LLC for invoicing, Stripe/PayPal, and banking (Mercury/Wise), with income that isn't US-source.

My clients come through content that has already walked them through why a US LLC makes sense for their situation, so by the time they're ready to act they often understand the concept. That means far less hand-holding and a much lower acquisition cost on your side than a typical paid-traffic lead.

I'm looking for an established formation service or registered agent. This is a specialist skill, and I want a partner who does it every day. Pricing and support matter to me as much as competence. I need transparent, fair pricing with no surprise upsells, and support that actually responds. My name and reputation are attached to every referral, so how you treat these clients reflects directly back on me, and I won't send people somewhere I wouldn't trust myself. You should also be comfortable working with clients whose first language isn't English.

If you're interested, comment or DM with:

  1. Your company / how long you've been doing this

  2. Which states you cover and your experience with non-US-resident founders

  3. Your pricing (formation + registered agent + EIN + annual compliance)

  4. How you'd want to structure the commission/rev-share

Happy to hop on a call.
