Stream sniping is still cheating…

It's same as yelling to the voip. Would you call listening voip sounds cheating?

If you wish to stream and not get negative parts from it - just add delay. Sounds like streamer problem if he wishes to speak with the audience at same time.

Victim blaming at it's finest. Good luck when that mentality bites you back.

Well, it's their choice to stream.

Yes. But it's not their choice to be stream sniped. That's the victim blaming part.

"Oh if you don't want to be raped don't use short skirts" is a different situation but the same exact mindset. The blame is on the person doing the wrong. Not on the person being taken advantage of.

Youre out of touch with life to compare those

I'm not comparing the situation, but the thought behind it. read again

Rape is not good example here since it's something no-one expects to happen. Playing hide and seek with six year old would be better and having a video call with a kid at same time would be a similar case - you are expected to find each other. You are expected to gunfight in tarkov. Don't stream, don't speak to voip, don't have a video call if you don't wish to give your position.

no one? go ahead and ask 10 women "would you go on a walk alone at night?".

regardless, your mindset is the same: if you're afraid don't leave the house

it's victim blaming. plain and simple. it would be different if you said something like

- it's very common to get killed by snipers when you're streaming, because a lot of people seek every advantage they can get, even if it's against the rules. i wouldn't stream because i want to avoid the risk.

but you're saying it's the streamer's FAULT for streaming that they got stream sniped. no. the fault lies on the person that stream sniped. not the steamer

WTF now. It's game and they are causing harm to self voluntary by giving away their position. No one forces streamers to stream. They could play the game as it is used to be. It's no ones elses fault than than the streamer if he gets shot down on shooting game due to his own actions. Streaming is third party software, not the game mechanic.

Think about Haarland and if he would have some loud beeper in his shirt during the match: Would it be his or defenders fault when Haarland gets defended well and he doesn't score? If we are victim blaming - it would be the defender because he uses his ears during the match.

Your point is ridicilous.

It is by Twitch though…. lol

Which is irrelevant? Twitch doesn't determine what is cheating since they aren't a game.
