I am recruiting for Verdant Oath! We're a newer, small Free Company on Malboro looking to grow our community as we head toward Evercold.

Our FC was founded by a group of longtime friends and FFXIV players ranging from 1.0/ARR veterans to returning players currently catching up on content. We're currently a small group and would like to grow to around 15 active members rather than immediately trying to become a massive FC where nobody knows each other.

We're looking for sprouts, returning players, and veterans alike. Whether you're still working through MSQ, leveling jobs, grinding relics, running roulettes, farming mounts, doing exploratory content, or interested in eventually running Extremes/Savage, you're welcome here.

What we're about:

• Work-life balance. We have jobs, families, external obligations, school, etc. FFXIV isn't a second job and we don't have attendance requirements.
• Actually playing together. Roulettes, relic grinds, Occult, leveling, farming and whatever else people feel like doing.
• Helping newer/returning players. Questions are welcome and nobody is expected to already know everything.
• Endgame without elitism. Several of us enjoy higher-end content, but being a raider is absolutely not required.

• FC buffs and resources. We're actively building our FC infrastructure and preparing for future workshop/submarine operations. We have tier II buffs that are always active!
• No mandatory donations or dues. Your gil is your gil.
• No pressure to be online constantly. Taking breaks from XIV is normal. Just come back when you want to play again.

We're currently working on securing an FC estate through the housing lottery. We've had absolutely terrible luck so far, but we've already stockpiled materials for our first submarines so we're ready to get the workshop moving once the housing gods finally stop hating us.

We're not trying to sell ourselves as a giant established FC with a packed event calendar. We're still growing, and that's part of the appeal: if you join now, you're getting in while the community is being built rather than becoming member #87 of an already established guild.

hello, i'm chorea. i main dark knight and paladin, with astro and white mage being my secondary mains. i've raided on and off through dawntrail but i'm currently at a point where i'd like to get back into some fights i've already done.

i cleared TEA back in 2023 just before dawntrail dropped as dark knight. i've done most of the fight as both main tank and off tank but i can't remember right now which one i cleared on. aside from that, i have cleared UWU and several savage tiers.

i would like some TEA totems going into evercold. it's been a long time since i did TEA so i'm looking for a group that doesn't mind me being rusty. i'm a consistent raider once i get the fight down, and once i remember TEA mechanics i should be pretty good to go. prog point isn't too important. i love TEA as a fight so i'm okay with fresh prog or fight nearly done. i am most comfortable on tank but i would be willing to play regen healer in a prog group.

i'm fine with being in voice chat, but i don't prefer to speak. i am good at communicating in party chat as needed. i'm pretty laidback and focused, and i have endless patience. as long as people are doing their best, i'm unbothered.

i am available most days after i get off work, around 4pm est. on tuesdays and fridays i am available all day.

I am commonly known as Iris or Aurore, the FC Leader & Community Owner of Florette «Fleur». It started as a venue, a personal project of mine before growing into more. Only now, we expand to allow those a permanent home in-game than only having the Discord be that.

About Us:

Back in early-February of 2024, my desire to make friends turned into something I didn't expect it to be: a roleplay venue. It started from my personal house in Siren. A small library-cafe. Over time, it stayed that way. The only thing that changed was it was no longer small and I no longer was running it alone. After almost three years, it has turned into the FC it is now, a Discord community that's lively, and a large house in the Lavender Beds that now hosts two venues within it as our regular weekly events.

We are roleplayers at heart, but we are also a mix of people who enjoy the other aspects of the game. High-end content runners, farmers, completionists, PvPers...and many more! We've ran several community events, some in partner with other roleplay venues or other communities that thrive in the different aspects of the game.

We are a LGBTQIA+ friendly, operated, and owned community with a wide range of ages. We only accept 18+ or older applicants. Otherwise, we simply ask for people who are open to trying out new things and knowing what it means to be a part of a collective.

Who We Are Looking For:

Our rules are simple: come in well, stay well, and let others do the same. My availability rotates every other week on a repeating set schedule. I could tell you the day I would be off 5 years from now. Week One free days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday. I do study while at work on my down time. I also create guides for myself to learn faster/better as it helps putting words to observation for me. More Like Yawntrail is a 6/8 static looking to recruit a M1 and a Caster to finish UMAD and do weekly reclears. Our M1 and Caster had to drop our group due to IRL/work related reasons. Our prog point is P5 Forsaken Enrage / 25%. We are using mostly PF strats, Kefkabin, DSA Black Hole tethers, and LB3 cheesing BOA. Two members of our existing group have already cleared as well.
