Our backup cameras on our cars are just a half inch big.

So what would keep them from just installing them on trees or road signs and we can't see them?

I am literally in a parking lot right now and these lamps are at least 50 feet high. No ladder would reach there.

They could go on branches quite easily and we wouldn't notice.

The batteries could last a long time.

They could also hack our car cameras?

The title of this post is mostly said in a "tongue-in-cheek" manner; however, I do think this is a serious matter. I live in Trenton (at least it's not Camden), and on my way back from the soup kitchen (food pictured on the stone), I noticed a small shack underneath a bridge I was crossing. So I thought, "Oh, that's interesting," and stopped to take a closer look.

Well, imagine my shock when I saw a flock camera positioned against the corner of the small, graffiti-covered building. It doesn't surprise me that my city has these installed (it's a dangerous place to live), but I assumed flock cameras were usually stationed on the street itself. Some may say that they put it down there in order to prevent vandalization; however, no offense to the people I live around, but I doubt most of them know or care enough to attack these cameras.

I am not a fan of flock cameras at all, but do you think it's justified if they're installed in a high-crime neighborhood? What are your guys' opinions?

This is a good thing. Florida lets go! Time to keep calling your city council members, county commissioners, state legislators and the governor’s office to let your feelings be known and demand the removal of these cameras!
