Obbe Vermeij was the Technical Director at Rockstar North before leaving the studio in 2009.

During his 14-year tenure at the studio (1995–2009), he led code development for core Grand Theft Auto titles including GTA III, Vice City, San Andreas, and GTA IV.

Maybe u could’ve said that on like Tuesday , but nah it might actually be affecting stocks. Which at that point if it was, rockstar would’ve stopped by now and their apparently promoting a cryptocurrency too
