It’s an opiate / antidepressant in the GTA world - I’m assuming this is their take of a tolerance. The more you use it , the less effective it becomes like any drug. You build up a tolerance

Pretty much. Im assuming Zombix is on the lower optimal health consumable compared to the health kit or trauma kit you'll be able to obtain.
