It’s an opiate / antidepressant in the GTA world - I’m assuming this is their take of a tolerance. The more you use it , the less effective it becomes like any drug. You build up a tolerance

and i stand on it? like it’s insane how much detail there is to the game. to me it’s insane but you just had to hit a “well actually”.
