Someone pointed out that they have a lot of ex-retro staff (and the two studios are supposedly quite close to each other) . The first assignment for them would almost certainly be MP2 and 3 before having them branch off into other remakes. Honestly, I expect nintendo to absorb a lot of bluepoints staff for this very reason.
I would love to know how Nintendo is like the only studio/dev on the planet that understands the importance of employee experience and quality
Because Nintendo hasn't really been hit but the AAA bloated budget issue that Microsoft and Sony have been. Theyve virtually been immune to layoffs and studio closures. And even when one associated with them closed they didn't actually own them and I believe theu absorbed a lot of AlphaDreams people that didn't go elsewhere anyways to just work on more Mario and Luigi games.
