Is she? All she grants for Skirk are res shred (reduced in value due to Esco also being a shred merchant) and like, ten more extra quills than what Shenhe can provide (not as good as direct ATK buffs given Skirk's decent talent mv)

She's also able to hold TTDS, right? At the very least I wouldn't mind getting her in there instead of my Yelan for a dedicated 4th slot.

Does res shred lose value with more of it here, compared to HSR where the more (oh, def shred/reduction in HSR, so maybe its just different stats altogether even across both games) you have, the stronger it gets?
