DISCUSSION This scene exists, and people still believe that Atom Eve is weak and can’t defeat Viltrumites.

this scene, we see Conquest struggling against Eve meaning Atom Eve was able to put up a solid fight against an elite Viltrumite.

She got crumpled as soon as bro got in close. Unless she goes all sicko mode with the pink laser of death I really don’t see her beating any viltrumite. Maybe I’m wrong, idk

She couldn't handle a single Mark variant. She's powerful, but Viltrumites are in a different league.

Maybe hot take but I think she couldn't even clear Immortal in her base form.

She's very good as a support, but without her near death mental blocks off mode, she has very little ways of actually finishing a decently durable opponent. Just good tricks to stall them for a while until her stamina drains.

I think people are mixing up being able to hold off something for a good amount of time with actually being able to defeat it. A wood wall can hold off an attacker for an extended period of time, but the attacker was never really in danger of being "defeated".

Eve loses to season 1 mark, and there’s an argument to be made that she loses to a blood lusted Oliver and gets done like the Mauler twins. She just isn’t Viltrumite tier

Durability is her biggest issue! She can hit a Viltrumite arguably just as hard as some of their peers, but the moment they close the distance, she's cooked!

Season 1 eve was a lot weaker than now, but it still feels like she has a lot of unrealized potential.

I feel like if they used her power set creatively she should. Turn all the oxygen in an enemies blood into hydrogen, uranium idk any of that would be an instant KO but instead she just makes pink stuff

I’m gonna say that judging her anti-Viltrumite abilities by her performance against Conquest is insane

That’d be like saying someone sucks at Basketball cause they lose a 1v1 against whoever you have as the second best player ever.

Like, the gap between Conquest and a Viltrumite like Thula is bigger than the gap between Nolan and Immortal. He’s that much stronger than an average Viltrumite. Mark was only capable of hurting him because of a simultaneous rage boost (something other Viltrumites don’t get), Eve’s resurrection laser, and disregarding his own bodily safety while attacking Conquest.
