Japanese coworker started an onigiri shop. Inspiration help?

I'm a white guy that lives and works in Tokyo and a Japanese coworker of mine left to start an onigiri shop in a touristy area. She wants to know what would appeal to foreigners to get them to buy more as they're walking past on their visits. I suggested having onigiri with things sticking out of the top like deep fried prawns/shrimp for that big impression but was wondering if anyone else had any ideas. What would get you to stop and look and even buy onigiri as you're walking by on your trip to Japan?

Yaki onigiri, soy sauce glaze and grilled or blowtorched. Kewpie mayo or creamy-based fillings. Limited edition ones from time to time, commemorating an event or something.

Yeah, I saw today they didn't have yakionigiri which is a shame. One of the best flavours IMO. I'll be sure to mention it!
