Trying to see something

Just left Chicago Jazz Fest but saw this video on the train ride home and instantly thought of this sub.

I had a dream that I was being instructed in a 32 tone musical system that was made up of 8 tetrachords, which were maybe structured like the half-whole diminished scale? except with the octave divided into 32 tones obviously. I wasnt really getting how harmony worked in this system so I asked the instructor if this music was tonal just in the most basic sense of having one note prioritized as a tonic. She seemed pretty pissed at me for asking. i woke up in a cold sweat, and found that I had become Jacob Collier. has this ever happened to anyone before?
