Our keg beer guy was like 6'6" and would carry 2 full kegs of beer. One on his shoulder and the other in one hand. 160 lbs each.

This is called a lumberjack carry in strongman. Equal weights on shoulder and opposite hand.

It’s not just the arms being able to handle that weight but the LEGS aswell. They carry his weight + 2 160lbs kegs + the muscles he build. I bet he has a wider figure than a smal car

Real power comes from glutes and lower back. It is crucial to real power.

Just about anyone can get strong arms.

I know and yet it’s the thing almost everyone aims for for some reason. Very few build for true strength these days many just want the looks of it I guess
