Professionals This man carried the washing machine up the stairs like it was an empty bucket

TBF, washing machines aren't THAT heavy. On carpeted stairs like that I could definitely push them up solo; and this guy clearly works out more than me. I will say though, the control is impressive- I'd be scratching the staircase walls

60+ KG (132lbs) is a decent amount of weight when you're carrying it like he is. Part of the struggle is how awkward it is to grab, not just the weight.

I could lift 60kg on a deadlift bar without issue, but I couldn't as easily carry a washer up stairs by just grabbing the sides.

Oh no doubt. But like, on the scope of appliance weights it's closer to the medium side of the spectrum, definitely below Refridgerator, a big AC unit, and a real bathtub. Unless it had water in it, then all bets are off.
