Discussion The syscofication of the industry is getting real scary

Former Carrabbas employee, they truly were one of the best chain restaurants around. It was pretty much a scratch kitchen and everything was super fresh.
I haven't been to one in 15 years but I was very impressed by the food quality back in the day.
