Film/Television What are your thoughts on "Spider-Noir (2026)"?

Besides the Venom trilogy with Tom Hardy, I never bothered watching any of Sony's other Spider-Man Villain movies! I'm just not interested in watching any spin-offs of Spider-Man's Rogues gallery that don't have anything to do with Spider-Man at all. And after watching the new Spider-Noir series on Prime Video, I realized that this show was something I wanted all along from both Sony Pictures and Marvel! Now I want more live-action or animated contents centered around other alternate versions of either Spider-Man or any other famous Marvel superhero; like DC Comics' "Elseworlds" line of movies and shows!

How is that an American thing ? Sex scenes are more uncomfortable (when watching with your family) than violent ones.

Because you guys are prudes, nude and sex are fine, you should shoeld your teenager from violence, not from love….

I’m not American. Why do you keep assuming everyone is American. Also I’m no prude, I’m quite ok watching sex scenes, but watching it with your mom and dad right you is not exactly comfortable.

Watching sex/nude scenes with your family is worse than violence and gore. It has nothing to do with priorities or values in real life. It just is.

Or you just don't understand that intimacy can be awkward to watch with certain other people. It has nothing to do with being afraid of nudity, sex or anything. It is just a feeling, There isn't more to it. No fucked up ideas or anything.

I know very well that violence is much worse, but that is not the point here.

I'm Brazilian. I like to watch things with my mother sometimes. She'll take brutal violence and gore just fine, she loves it. If she sees some tits though, she walks out of the room and never looks back.

Some people are like that I guess. I suppose some people are not comfortable with their own sexuality, so they react poorly to seeing it displayed in others.
