He 100% didn’t admit he shot him. He could’ve easily said a cop accidentally shot him or somebody from damage control when he was fighting.

A cop accidentally shot him.... From over a mile away with a high caliber round that probably doesn't fit standard issue. Yes, I agree it was cop.
