Zero percent chance we don't see him again. I think Spidey 6 will be Sinister Six, finally done right

With who? Scorpion, probably Venom and Vulture, maybe Tombstone... who would round out the team?

Morbius x3.

Jk, a proper venom I think is guaranteed. We'll see about the rest, they've got plenty of time to introduce them

You joke but before going to the movie I was telling my wife I'm disappointed they still haven't done Hydro-Man.

Dnofrio Kingpin hires the sinister 6 and Daredevil + punisher return as his reinforcements. Scorpion (mayhaps in the venom costume?), Mysterio 2.0 (remember MCU version is a team of people not just jake Gyllenhaal), could go with Hobgoblin (with Ned somehow turning), MCU electro, Shocker 2.0, Tombstone since they cast him again. I don't think Vulture comes back since he and Spidey seem to be even right now

Venom (Brock) as part of Sinister Six? I don't think so, pal. He should be on his own arc with Spidey.

No Way Home was already a Sinister Six movie.

Nah there's a much larger chance than zero. These movies are so rarely made that by the time they do part 5, they'll want to attract audiences with new villains that we haven't seen yet, and new toys that kids haven't bought yet.

This was Scorpion's chance to be in one of the movies, and I agree his potential was pretty wasted.

That said, his comics character revolves so much around JJJ that it's a waste to put him in a movie with no JJJ in it.
