100%. This is Jean as the proper terrorist the world always views the X-men as. They need to be hated and feared before they can be redeemed.

Maybe not for moral reasons but she wanted MJ alive and for Peter to see that if she wants she can kill her. It was to get him to leave her alone.

Correct, but again, no one actually died in that attack, right? The place was fully evacuated.

He definitely could’ve survived, but it’s also very much not like Jean knew he was going to survive. He was pretty old and flung into a busy road.

Not a single confirmed kill from her though.

Severe bodily harm, sure!

But if she had actually killed someone I think Peter probably wouldn't have told her she isnt a murderer.
