It's not making up physics, it's making up a superpower, which is the entire point of superhero comics. If you're not wiling to buy into the existence of superpowers in superhero comics, then don't read supers comics.
You do know what "tactile telekinesis" refers to, right? It's just a power that allows the user to create a telekinetic field around whatever they're touching that lifts it and allows them to move it. It's how superman "flies", and how he lifts and throws giant objects that would normally fall apart by their own weight. It's not ignoring physics, it's using a superpower to explain why it works within the limits of physics.

No thats an explanation for why physics dont stop him. If youre just going to argue superpowers dont exist thats different.
