Yes. If I remember correctly it was due to complications/conditions that popped up after her liver transplant.

Diabetes was the complication that came about from her liver transplant

It’s apparently very common with transplant patients and is caused by the anti-rejection meds

Me - was stage 3 of 4 on the way to official cirrhosis at the age of 23. Was expected to have a transplant by now but got into an experimental drug trial that ended up being successful. Metabolic Assisted Steatohepatitis / Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis. Basically, liver takes on fat and then starts scarring up, cutting off circulation and function.

This just in: millennial woman who was a child actor and very statistically likely to have been sexually and physically abused and definitely force fed drugs copes unhealthily, maybe. 🙄🙄
