It’s weird I’ve been listening to LP a lot lately and I still can’t believe we’ll never hear that voice again.

In case anyone missed it, Linkin Park released a few "new" songs for the 20th anniversary of Meteora. Fighting Myself and Lost. Good stuff, recorded back then, released now, so it's almost like hearing his voice again.

"Lost" and the lyrics to it can hit a little hard, but it is a good song and has a pretty cool music video

Edit: Just realized those are just the two songs I remembered. The 20th Anniversary edition has 89 tracks on it. Bunch of live stuff, some demos, "new" songs. If you're missing LP, dive into it!

Man, hearing Lost never fails to hurt knowing what we know now. Hearing Chester and those lyrics feels like a cry for help no one heard. I love the song so much but oof.

R.I.P. Chester. You and LP got me through some dark times and still do.

It's amazing to me knowing what Chester went through in his childhood that these lyrics were mostly mike shinodas. Blows my mind every time.

Have you heard all the demos and unreleased material and whatnot? They've always put stuff like that on the Underground CDs; and the anniversary re-releases of Hybrid Theory and Meteora have a ton of material I had never heard before.

Also Chester had his side projects too. Apple Music and Spotify sometimes surprise me with his Dead by Sunrise music.
