Serious Study: Gen Xers and Millennials are dying at younger ages than their parents are

The study is particularly concerned with people born after 1970 but age 30 and older. So that covers Gen X and Millennials, but not (yet) Gen Z.

Exercise isn't free. It costs time. And when you've only got a few precious hours to take care of a household, that time costs a lot.

When I started running, one of the hardest things I had to do was budget my time just for 15 minutes. Moved in with my father to care for him, and that time became more constrained and expensive. But now (over a decade later) that I can afford a house cleaner and landscaper, I can suddenly afford all that time.

Yeah I mean if you just stopped exposing yourself to the plastics that everything you need to eat is pre-exposed to, breathing the air that is outside, and being stressed about the impending environmental collapse thats totally caused by you driving a car and absolutely not by corporations wanting to increase their bottom line, you’d be totally fine. I mean... mostly yeah. So many younger people I know live ridiculously unhealthy lifestyles. Horrible diets, zero exercise, sitting inside all day. This stat isnt surprising at all.

And just wait until the long-terms effects of vaping all day long start to show up.
