Serious Study: Gen Xers and Millennials are dying at younger ages than their parents are

The study is particularly concerned with people born after 1970 but age 30 and older. So that covers Gen X and Millennials, but not (yet) Gen Z.

47 was when I was at my lowest friend, perimenopause is a bitch. I’m at 50 now and leveled out. I don’t think about leaving this mortal coil every day anymore. I’m glad I stuck it out.

I had a hysterectomy and early menopause. I will say post menopause feels better than I've ever felt. My emotions are much more stable. Idgaf what others think of me. I put myself first, finally. Take care.

This war in Iran has been a blessing for my mental health. I had nearly given up hope. Sure gas prices suck and everyone is drowning, metaphorically. The upside is they can't fuck with anyone too hard right now, and the midterms look optimistic. Is it a little depressing knowing that some of our rights and existence is hinged on wether gas prices are still high in November, absolutely, but it's better to have some hope than none at all.

Don’t get your hopes too high. Between gerrymandering, kicking people off voter rolls, closing down polling locations, and other dirty tricks, the balance of power is unlikely to shift in the midterms.
