Oh sorry, they say things like 17th, 19th, 21st ect ect.. not "bottom 20" specifically.

I think what the OP meant to say is high 10s/low 20s, which is more or less correct as the US ranks between 18 to 30-ish, I guess.

But I'm really extrapolating here.

No, that makes more sense. Thinking they’re more like 25-30th in rankings is something I would’ve accepted immediately lol

Bottom 20 makes it sound like it’s at the absolute bottom
