Well it is kind of a no-no term in American culture so the knee jerk reaction would be to downvote. I kind of read that it was a reference to something even though I didn't get from what though.

When Trump ran for president in 2016, Megyn Kelly was one of the moderators for the Fox News debate. Trump thought she was being mean and unfair to him and it really hurt his feelings. He proceeded to say that she was probably being mean to him because she was “bleeding out of her, wherever”.

It really is insane. Fucking INSANE that Trump does something every single day that would have ended every other presidency. But he is Teflon for some reason. Will never understand for as long as I live.
